Tigernix Steps into Malaysia-Regional Non-Revenue Water Fight Continues!

It was a significant moment for the Tigernix team that our CEO, Mr. S. Gowrishankar, was invited by the Air Selangor team for a site visit to Tropika Residence, Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia, recently. Tigernix received the opportunity due to our expertise in water loss prevention innovations and our mission to break through the barriers that restrain the fight against water loss in Malaysia. The visit turned its attention to understanding and innovatively questing pathways for the Non-Revenue Water (NRW) challenges faced by Air Selangor.

Tigernix was joined by Mr Mohamad Danish Fahmy Bin Abd. Kadir and team, Mr Thiagu Vinayagam from Pinnacle Infosys Pte Ltd, and Mr Kumaravelu Ramasamy (our local Tigernix representative) for this visit to Malaysia. Highlighting our mastery in AI-powered NRW-detecting and predicting powers in the Tigernix Water Intelligence Suite, Mr. Gowrishankar explained the ways we can collaborate to optimise Air Selangor’s NRW reduction initiatives.

Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) is the largest water services provider in Malaysia. The organisation has gained a reputation as the pioneer in providing clean and safe treated water to 9.62 million consumers in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya. For a company that has a greater vision to establish its dominance as the leading water services provider in Asia by 2030, Tigernix is ready to extend the best technological arm for Air Selangor to strike the right balance between innovation, sustainability and operational growth.

We take this moment to thank Air Selangor for inviting us to Malaysia. The Tigernix team is happy to contribute to shaping the water industry efforts across Southeast Asia, and our vow stands firm to empower sustainable, AI-driven water management solutions across regional water utilities. After all, in this fight, with the NRW on the other side, unity is our sword, and technology is our shield.
